you should buff his ult a little. Dont just have the passives. You should have it actually effect your skilles like scatter shot becomes piercing bark shield absorbs XYZ amoung of damage etc. Just a thought. Interesting idea though. Not terribly creative but playstyle is what makes a character not necessarily abilities. The fact that the ability swap post is so popular affirms that the same moves in different skill sets can become very different.

Story:
The Drow live for years and years compared to other races, Born in darkness and die in darkness, They are the dark elves. One particular Drow , Chasz, Has trained to be a ranger for centurys, Finally he finished his training and was bestowed with an earthen bow called Ghaun, Meaning Cursed. This bow could not be let go by him, It would always follow him and grant him prestigious power, He gained this bow from a man, Who passed it upon him promising power. But with power came torture. He honed the powers of the earth and could bend it with his mind. He was cast out from his brethren, the vicious drows, for the practice of such magic, They had tried to kill him, But the bow gave him power and made him lose control, he became berserked and killed them all. He wallowed in his own self pity in the camp, Holding the one he loved whom he slaughtered unwillingly. She was all he had, And now he would take his own life, but the Bow would not let him, when he slit his own throat, A scar appeared almost instantly and brought him to a new world, Where he would be taken to fight with the League of Legends.
Skills:
Passive-Healing Vines=Chasz's bow Gahn summons vines from the earth which radiate around him increasing his health regeneration by 3% this regeneration is increased to 5% while Enrage is activated.
Q-Entangling Shot= Chasz uses Gahn to fire a powerful arrow which uses the earthen powers to entangle the enemy, Slowing their movement by 15%/20%/25%/28%/30% and dealing 55/65/80/100/150 damage.
When Enrage is activated he deals 20% extra damage, and instead of slowing the enemy he stuns them for .5 seconds for every level Enrage has been given.
W-Scatter Shot= Chasz uses his bows power to split a wooden arrow making several fly out, Each arrow deals 50/75/100/110/125 damage.
When Enrage is activated it also increases your critical strike chance by 3% for 10 seconds after used.
E-Bark Shield= Passive: Chasz's magic defense is increased by 2%/3%/5%/6%/7%
Active: Chasz covers himself with the bark of an ancient tree increasing his armor by 5/10/20/25/30 while active.
When enraged his armor is increased by 10% and his magic defense is increased (no matter what level) by 10%.
R-Ultimate-Enrage= Chasz is overcome with power making him enraged, This increases his Attack Speed by 5%/7%/10% his Attack Damage by 10/20/25 and his movement speed by 2%/3%/5% Enrage also drains 10% of his maximum health over 20 seconds. Enrage also gives all of his skills an additional positive additive.
I hope you all find this character completely fair, I tried balancing him as much as possible, I think he'd be a great asset to the current champions personally :P what do you all think? All feedback welcome.
