Let's talk about the mastery planner briefly.
Issue one: The copy button doesn't work. Not a big deal, since you can just highlight and ctrl/cmd + v, but irritating anywho. No rush on that one.
Issue 2: Pasting the permalink into the browser doesn't actually link to the masteries you made. It gives you a blank mastery planner. I wouldn't care about this normally, but since I use this to communicate my mastery pages to my subscribers, this is very frustrating. I ended up typing up all the pages. I don't want to have to do that the next time Riot messes with the masteries.

But seriously the wiki is outdated because:
Editors do not have the time or the interest to update it as much as it needs update
There are other wikis which are, well, better at their current state when you compare them with Mobafire's wiki
Updating didn't work for a while and I guess some of us lost the interest
