oh good this is known. i said something in the discord because i didn't know where to go with it other than hijacking another thread. I just didn't ping the admins because i didn't want to wake anyone up.

Some runes have a comma before or after the stat. I think every rune is affected.
example: "+0.95 attack damage,"

Syndra's Dark Sphere and Force of Will descriptions say different level 5 power increases than Transcendent. Those are the only two spells that have the powerup listed in their description too, so IDK which is right and whether all or none should say what's going to happen once you level a skill to max.It's an old change so I'm sorry if I double reported it.
Is it this one or were you trying to create another build? The only other build I see in your profile is deleted and basically empty except for a few chapter titles.
