I feel like a lot of the coding in this guide is used for the purpose of making the guide feel longer than it actually is. Kudos for giving coding a go though :)

1. In some cases, Q at level 1 might be better than E. Specifically, against champions with non-skillshot type lv1 abilities (eg. Yasuo with E starts). The shield effectively ensures you out trade them lv1, and by the time you hit level 2, you'll already establish a good amount of lane pressure, whereas with a E start, well, let's say if you're standing anywhere past the, say, 1/3 point of the ray itself, it's not the hardest thing in the world to dodge.

2. Luden's Tempest. In most cases, it's more effective than a Lich Bane rush, because you're not over reliant on being in auto attack range to do damage, which is risky in itself, and instead free-farming-pushing with E (E at rank 4 or above one-shots ranged minions with Death Ray augment, maxed E one-shots the entire wave with the augment), while having stronger burst potential with a full rotation.

Yea....lux is really annoying, but mostly only because of her E, specially in some skins, as it feels like it's going to have a small radius and then it's the size of the entire mid. Anyways, lux is really odd, because it feels easy to win against her, but it almost always turns out to be quite difficult. I'd say your main problem is really early in the game? In the beginning of the game, it's very risky for you to get close to her, as if she snares you near the enemy minions, you'll get more damaged by her minions than by Lux herself. The only tip this early I can give is really pay attention to her E, as it's the only thing she can use to damage you. However, you do have 2 Spells to damage her, so don't forget this. Also, Viktor is extremely better than Lux at close range, so after 6 don't forget to abuse this. (Of course if you try to go SMOrc and get snared, you'll get damaged heavily, or die in case you were poked before (I don't think she has enough damage to 1shot after going back 1 time)) Important note after 6: She has no escapes nor extra mov speed, she can only slow. Using a good W is very important.


How do dodge her E : If she walks towards you and casts it, it's problaby going to land behind you, so move foward;
Otherwise, move to the sides. Moving backwards generally doesn't work. The most imporant thing is to see the direction where she casts it.

TLDR : Lux looks like an easy opponent, but she's a medium challenge, not to be taken lightly;

Always : - Your E does more damage than her E. (Your E goes from 13 to 9 CD, her is a perma 10 CD).
- When her E is on CD, try to Q her (pressure, but don't risk too much for this);

Pre 6 : - Focus on dodging her E, only thing she has.
- Lux's spell cost way more mana than Viktor's, so pay attention to her mana;

Pos 6 : - Viktor is 9000 times better close range than lux, abuse this.
- If she has Chalice, you'll need to poke her alot;

i have a lot of bad time against lux. I cant really find a way to defeat her in mid. her e is hard to dodge maybe even impossible to me in lanning phase and do alot of damage. can any one give me a tip?
