I probably will--it's certainly changed with the new Defensive Passive and no Lifesteal Stacking. Plus there's competition from the Essence Reaver. Both'll get a review soon enough.

Right now there's the Runaan's Hurricane and Ravenous Hydra to work with. You can bet the latter will talk some about the new Bloodthirster

I think you should do an item guide for the re-worked Bloodthirster. Since it got reworked, people should have a greater sense of whether it is worth as a first item rush for Marksmen or not.

Well that's what I meant. It's pretty good during the early and mid game with those low base magic resistances but if you can't afford it and think about getting it as your next item, get either of those instead ^^

Have you ever seen a fed Leona, Thresh or Braum rush one? They get scary as **** real fast.

By fed I mean their lane is stomping of course. Never underestimate a snowballing tank support with one of these babies.

Very well. If the range of Supports who can build it is so small, then there's little reason to include it on that list. I'll think of something else.

Sunfire Aegis is at its best during the early and mid game. No reason to take it over Randuin's Omen or Frozen Heart on support imo.

You make a good point--a support should never prioritize anything over their Core Items. I suppose it would be best to mention that any support building this item should at the very least wait until later in the match. Thank you for your feedback!

I just think you shouldn't say that Sunfire Aegis is a good item for a support. Many new players already think that Sunfire Aegis is a great item for supports and you are just helping the confusion gets bigger. Let me give you my reasons:

1. Supports have limited gold and a hard time getting more (only when your team is super ahead and it is an exception), so if you are a tanky support, your priorities should be face of the mountain, Sightstone and Mobility Boots so you can shield/protect, ward the map, and roam faster the map. This already costs 3,800 gold and you still need more defensive stats, so you need to buy only the best items possible. Which leads to the next point
2. A tank support needs to build tank and as you said Sunfire Aegis doesn't offer the best stats for armor and health, Randuin's Omen has way better defensive stats for only 350 more gold and it also provides utility for your team.
So basically, Sunfire Aegis is not a good item for supports because there are better ones and as gold/slot is limited you can only buy the best.

I know I said a lot just to ask you not to mention supports with Sunfire Aegis, but I needed to make clear why it shouldn't be bought.
