This just further goes to show that without their hair and clothing, most girl champions are really similar (plus Riot's habit of making them look like completely "different" champions in skins

You can see that her left eye is covered by some bangs and an elf like ear. This is jsut some photoshop shenanigans to mirror her face.
Zyra and Syndra don't have Bangs that do this Also Zyra doesn't have "ears"
Karma doesn't have the hair for this art, nor does she have elf years
Ahri has Fox ears and he hair doesn't cover her face well enough
Syndra wears her hair back on account of her crown, which also isn't very flashy.

I agree with what Kazega pointed out. I'm not sure if those are "tear stains" or something of the like on her cheeks, but if it is, it would match the betrayed/fallen aspects of her lore as well.

But in all honesty, I really do hope it's Morgana. I love playing her (as I'm sure many others do as well :3) and the skin already looks amazing from just this teaser.
