The time has come when I'm starting to become relatively bored of my current main support; which in this case happens to be Vel'Koz. Previously it was Nami, who has sadly become pretty popular right now, so my interest in her declines.
I want to learn a new non-meta (or FotM, w/e) support, or someone who is relatively unpopular for most playerbase. Of course, nothing troll-ish there or there, something that can honestly work.
Been playing Zyra, a bit of Brand and tried Maokai. If you have anything interesting, throw 'em at me!

Not reliable or anything, of course 0 peels for carry, but just purely fun if you pull it off properly... I have not tried it myself, however, I have witnessed it in action. :)
that burn when your supp katarina manages to wipe enemy team 1v5 xD
I've seen a Ignite/ Exhaust support Riven at one point too that can really cheese the lane if the opponent isn't careful.
I remember support LeBlanc being interesting to see. Don't know how it'll work with the changes, but might be worth a look.
Ran jungle Karma a while ago in ranked and it was quite fun to play. 100% requires Morellonomicon or Athene's Unholy Grail, but otherwise strong utility.
I know Nightblue ran jungle Lissandra a while back.
Jungle Twitch for a level 2 cheese after red buff.
Out of pure curiosity, could you explain to us why you want to learn non-meta supports? I feel like you want to learn a non FotM support champion - for the sake of learning a non meta support champion.
Peels pretty well tho
Weird one: Wukong(actually picked him to counter Morgana, worked surprisingly well),
Pantheon.
But that was when Lb could mute, to shut that annie's mouth, i think it can still work but you'll have less cc
Definitely trying Anivia out. Nunu doesn't quite mend with me, he's a bit too simple.
He's become mainstream recently.
wut, since when? i only saw him once maybe, but i played him sometimes as well.
sooo, galio?
If you really want to be different, Orianna and Riven could be fun.
