Theoretically speaking yes, I accept all (ranked) games that someone asks me to review although you've got to consider yourself that there's only so much to say about a full stomp, while a game that's either a slow loss, slow win or overall a long game will allow me to analyse your mistakes more thoroughly. A stomp means there's only 5-10 minutes which matter for the outcome of the game.
