The more someone talks up their e-peen the smaller it really gets. Although I do agree with the individual champion achievements thing. Although I think it'll be a bit more like people will determine skill based on certain achievements. "I won 50 games with Nasus trust me you noob."

I think the achievements will be based more on things like "Get 30 kills in one match" and "Take at least 30000 damage in one match" than anything else. The only reason I can think of for it not being released yet is that Riot is looking for a fair way to implement them.

Wishful thinking, but maybe we will see some skins unlockable via special achievements. That or an achievement called "Mundon't".

30,000 damage in one match isn't that impressive, to be honest. I've seen some Shens tank well over 150,000 in a long game.
