Well it's not just this, but also the fact that none of these links are redirecting me to actual news sites or whatever. I'm not saying that they are or aren't lying, twisting truths, or anything along those lines, but I'd like see some real articles on this.
Honestly, I have never heard of this individual and I most likely won't hear about him again. From what I understand, assuming this is all true, then he seems like he's liked for stupid reasons, and been given things for even more stupid reasons. I am not implying that it's their own fault, but if you do whatever some celebrity says just because you like them, then you really need your ****ing head checked.

Do people have a right to be stupid? Yeah. Should other people take advantage of this? No. However, the lines start to blur when a 16-year girl old throws herself at the feet of a 22-year old - filled with raging hormones - male. In those cases the guy should say no and just be done with it, but you might as well ask for world peace while you're at it. Power corrupts, and this kind of power is just made up.
I do want to mark the irony of the fact that we find it okay to exploit people's stupidity in every possible way except sexually. Ever since we, mankind as a whole, invented the idea of trading - be it for money, goods, or services - we have been exploiting each other's stupidity.

Sure, that's a fair point. But take one look at his videos and it will be apparent that many of his videos involve making females uncomfortable by kissing or doing weird things to them, like handcuffing himself to them.
If somebody handcuffed him or herself to me then I'd be ****ing terrified. That's a gross violation of personal boundaries.
If he can do something like that on video it would not surprise me in the least if he goes much further off the screen.
But the most important part is the fact that he is completely ignoring any and all allegations and he even seems to have emailed Laci Green telling her to "stfu. Mind your own business." and "I warned you [...] you will regret this." after she wrote an open letter to Sam (which was signed by many big names in Youtube).

So, the background story:
Sam Pepper is a Youtube celebrity with about 2million subscribers. He makes a lot of prank videos, in some of which he picks up random girls on the street or does weird things to or with them. Like for example handcuffing himself to girls and telling them that he requires a kiss to release them, going around trying to kiss people or throwing a lasso at girls and reeling them in.
Then recently he made a video where he pinched girls' butts when they looked away and it blew up with tons of people being outraged by it.
He later made a second video where a girl did the same thing to guys and then a third explaining that it was simply a social experiment.
Now, my take is that regardless of whether something is a social experiment or a prank, one should not go around touching other people in places they do not want to be touched. And this seemed to be the consensus of a lot of people.
So a lot of people were outraged by this.
Then there started surfacing videos of people going public with incidents of groping, trying to get in bed with, asking for nudes via the internet and even rape, most of which seemed to involve underage girls.
He has not tried to refute a single one of the claims made yet.

So far his network has dropped him and there have been claims that girls have filed reports with the police regarding him, one of them involving him holding her down and masturbating on or in front of her (as mentioned in one of the videos).
All evidence points to him being a sexual ****ing predator.
This complete ***hat deserves the same treatment that Zoey Quinn got (Quinn also raped a person). They both seem to be despicable human beings.
Don't watch his videos, don't give him any kind of attention and tell people you know to stay away from anything related to him. And while on the topic, do the same with Quinn. Give her and her games no attention or money.
Make it clear that you do not condone this kind of behavior.
