My idea for a melee caster champion based on one of my story characters! Hope you enjoy :D
[Q] Beacon Of Sorrows - Jadice creates a shadow under the target enemy unit that detonates after a 1.5s delay. All enemies in a 200D area take magic damage, and the original target is also knocked upward.

[W] Hastened Decay - Jadice's basic attacks mark the target for 4s, inflicting some HP-based magic damage over the duration and reducing their Armor. Against Champions and large units, this can stack up to 3 times.

Armor 2/3/4/5/6 (+0.55% AP)
[E] Echoed Agony - Jadice dashes to an enemy unit within 550D to inflict magic damage and Stun them for 0.5s. If the target has been under a CC effect within 1.5s of being struck, they suffer 150% damage and are Stunned for 1.25s.

[R] Last Rights - Jadice smites the target enemy Champion after a 1.5s channel, inflicting magic damage plus 10% of their max HP as long as they are within 1500D and are visible. Jadice and allied Champions within 550D of her receive an HP shield worth 50% of applied damage for 3s afterward.
