Why do you think Lucian is the best marksman right now? Isn't he, after I believe patch 4.10, one of the weaker marksmen because of the bloodthirster nerf and infinity edge buff?
Also, a lot of people seem to think that Thresh is a god-tier support and one of the best in the game. Are there any particular reasons you put him in tier 2?
And is Fiora really a better top laner than Renekton? I often hear people say that she can work, but is "outclassed" by a lot of other champions. To what degree is that true?

Lucian has hyper mobility, burst and versatility. His range got hit, but he's still extremely strong in all other regards. He does fine with IE rush, as well as Trinity force or Bork rushing. Basically he's still just a well rounded pick.2. I feel like
Thresh is finally showing his age and weakness to repeated exposure to the nerf bat. He feels pretty squishy, and a lot of his utility took hits recently. He's still great in the right hands, but I feel like he's far to hard to master now due to his weaknesses.3. I placed
Fiora purely because she can defeat a lot of the other top tier top laners like Ryze and Nidalee and snowball like mad.

Jinx is imo tier 2 because of her kit. She doesn't have any escape nor mobility and therefore gets outshined by other ADCs in tier 1 unless her support is good (assuming that the ADCs are equally good).
Draven and Ezreal are imo both tier 2 champions. Draven due to his kit which allows his snowballiness to grow exponentially and Ezreal due to his kit which allows so much outplay and great plays.
Varus should be AT LEAST tier 3. He is still pretty good against certain matchups and he is still pretty strong and his ultimate is game changing in teamfights.

Ziggs, Akali and Kassadin are all tier 2 or below and uh I don't think what game you're playing but in League of Legends Fiora is nowhere near tier 1 top lane
