If 2 0.4 ratios of damage, 1 which can be amplified to 0.6, is enough for you, then yes :D. They should have just made them 1.0 ratios for fun :D.

At least, his E costs like 25 or 35 mana and has not a long cooldown.

Nice to see that they fixed the minion through walls thing, now you can actually E in the jungle lol. Also the Q CD reduction after getting hit by CC is nice as well.

He looks pretty solid, the fact that he passive has no cool down is really neat.

I really like the new Sion, I just played an ARAM with Sion a few days ago and I could really see why he needed a rework.

Old Sion has died and New Sion has been Reborn!

Most important thing: His base damages are ridiculous high. So you actually don't have to get offense and still blow everyone up.

P: 10% of the enemy max HP per hit
Q: 20-60/40-120/60-180/80-240/100-300 (+60-180% AD)
W: 40/65/90/115/140 (+40% AP) (+10/11/12/13/14% of target's maximum health)!
E: 70/105/140/175/210 (+40% AP), Increased: 105/157.5/210/262.5/315 (+60% AP)
R: 150-300/300-600/450-900! (+40%-80% bonus AD)

His Q looks useless, W is practically the same although the passive hp is great, E and R are super hard to hit.

He's good in skirmishes but his late game is terrible because of how hard these spells are to use perfectly.
