I haven't read through all of the posts yet, but I would like you guys to consider that perhaps gender discrimination cannot fully explain the income differential between genders. In fact, Francine bleau and Lawrence Khan proved that at least 60% of this pay differential cannot be explained by gender discrimination. This doesn't mean that 40% of the income difference between genders can be explained by gender discrimination, but rather that we cannot isolate for factors of pay within that 40% of uncertainly. It is quite likely that other factors like work experience, salary negotiation skills, and hours worked contribute to the pay differential. More data will need to be collected to increase certainty in this 40% 'gray zone'.

Sorry for the late response, there was a lot of text and I was tired..
Correct but (social) environment does not yield for women exclusively. Actually, even bacteria can adapt to their surroundings and the conditions they're living in. In other words, social environment affects both men and women.

Well duh, but that's beside the point and pretty much irrelevant..
Quoted:
In addition to the former, the fact that a man usually has a greater muscle-mass straight away makes him more suitable for physical activities. My wording that women cannot take part in these things at all was not intentional. I wanted to express the opinion that in the huge majority of the times men are more suitable.

I don't know if I'd agree on the "huge" part, but I would agree that in the majority of all cases a man is more suited to hard physical labor.
But that's a minority of the total number of jobs nowadays.
Quoted:
I never denied that fact that there are women who have exceled in whatever field of expertise whether it be science, literature, art etc.

But you kind of did.. "boys are usually the ones to solve the hardest physics/maths excercises. [...] That's probably why there isn't a female Albert Einstein or a female Bill Gates."
You're clearly just backpeddling now that you realized how general and flawed your first comment was.
Admit that you were wrong instead, it puts you in a better light.
