I will admit my internet isnt the greatest, so youtube videos dont come out that great. Im used to it, so I didnt really notice the reduced quality. Someone who would be able to waych that video in higher quality could easily take a far better screen shot then I can.

Side-note, if you're feeling desperate you can use a tool like youtube-dl to download the video and take a frame from it that way.

Oh no problem, you need to have Chrome for this to work however. I use an Extension called "Magic Actions for YouTube". With this extension you can pause a video on youtube and take a high quality screenshot. However you want to choose the highest quality video before doing this. So in this case I found the Riot games video, loaded it in 1080p, and waited skipped to that exact moment. From there you will notice a camera icon at the bottom of the video, I you click the button it will capture the current frame, it will then bring up a new window where you can choose the format and quality %, you then click download and you are set.
