Pretty much. They're extremely low maintenance pets.

Also my friend was going to kill it, so I offered to take it instead.

If you think this is bad, my brother has an effing black widow that he caught in his apartment (in a jar) that he's feeding.

They're pretty little spiders, but I draw the line at "spiders with bites that could kill children and make adults very ill"

I have a little jar of Black widows soaking in Alcohol, the first one I caught was from about 7 years ago I think they look cool but I would never want to keep a spider as a pet, it's just not not my thing.

Mine are all dead 8 or 9 in total it's really cool the bottom of the jar kinda magnifies them so you can easily see the red hourglass shape. Size wise the biggest is maybe the size of a peanut M&M and I'm talking about the Spider
