It's some kind of adverticement. The threads always come with some sort of website so... And it's not the first time, a while back they were trying to sell us kitchens. But mods are removing them so it's k.

The posts are filled with keywords for search engines, I think it's aimed at getting the mentioned website in search results.

Personally I found the kitchens funnier.
