Wits end rework was a good idea, but I still don't see much point in building a
Wit's End when you could build a
Blade of the Ruined King and have a bomb AF item active, almost as much AS, and lifesteal. The only time I would choose
Wit's End over BoRK is if i'm going against an almost exclusively magic damage based team, and I am forced to itemize heavy MR.
I'd like to see the passive stats on
Wit's End get nerfed a tad, and perhaps have some sort of active ability get implemented

Well, the main reason to get
Wit's End in that case is that it also increases your other magic damage you deal on the target, some champions can really abuse that and because of that favor
Wit's End over
Blade of the Ruined King. Also,
Wit's End is a lot cheaper. And with the increased MR it actually caps out at 55, which makes it as much as
Spirit Visage or
Banshee's Veil.
Interesting for junglers for example is:

Skirmisher's Saber +
Devourer
Sunfire Aegis
Wit's End
This way, for example on
Warwick, you deal huge amounts of magic damage which kinda favors
Wit's End over
Blade of the Ruined King. The true damage for that is also a nice bonus. I would also say it is the only magic resistance item you need in a normal build.

An idea for the armor/as item would be this:
Unique Passive: Item on hit magic damage heals you for 10% of the damage dealt.
This way building around on hit effects offers you a nice bonus, also making
Wit's End stronger if build in combination and also equaling the sustain of
Blade of the Ruined King.
Or even better:
Recurve Bow (1350) +
Crystalline Bracer (620) + 680 gold
2600 gold
50% attack speed, 300 health, 50% base health regeneration

Unique Passive: Basic attacks deal 42 magic damage on hit.
Unique Passive: Basic attacks steal 5 magic resist from the target on hit.
50% attack speed
PASSIVE - DEVOURING: Basic attacks deal 40 (+Devourer stacks) bonus magic damage. Scoring a champion kill or assist will grant 2 Devourer stacks and killing a large monster will grant 1.
Plus the Smite upgrade and Jungler passive of X.
So much about actual S5 item, now, there is room for a new item:
Stats: 50% attack speed, 50 armor
Unqiue Passive: Basic attack deal 50 magic damage on hit.
That would be the generic thing about it. You could expand it with your own idea what Unique Passive it should get.
What do you think about that?
