I am, so far It is full of CDR, HP, ArP. (I bought HP before the nerf)

Then get other good runes, like magic pen, dodge, MR, attack speed.

Or just buy a whole ton of cheap champions.

cheap champs... why... Imma just stack runes for AP, AD, and Hybrid/Tank. That'll help me more. But Imma buy some champs.

Yea, buying champs is definitely good when you have some runes. Buy all the cheapest ones and you'll have a lot you'll be able to play.
