@Wayne I guess most ballads can be related to Pop (maybe Soul, I don't what you're really listening to) but I think the term Pop as a genre covers many many songs and ofc can be related to Asian/ *put a country or region here* Pop, Indie Pop or Alternative music.

I listen to all sorts of music. Typically i listen to whatever i happen to enjoy listening to. I don't really read into the lyrics of a song or try to figure out what they mean (i know some people do).

Not that many people have responded (so far) but I will just post the results here. Nothing spectacular I've noticed and I expected these results but personally I believe in other surveys maybe Asian Pop (and Metal) wouldn't have been selected that much because it's a thing I don't expect people to select if I would ask them on the street in my hometown (for a reason ofc).

I've always wondered about what Genre artists like Jose Gonzales, Ben Howard or Damien Rice should be put in to
