No, your point, it seemed to be, was that she could do what she does now (stay at a distance, poking the enemy, without losing XP or putting her ADC in danger) even before the rework. And that isn't true, unless you had really bad opponents.

Incidentally it seems like a popular Soraka build now is running health regen/lvl yellows and health regen quints and starting with coin. Just so you don't have to care about the health cost and can be even more annoying while you're standing around doing nothing.

My actual point: At the beginning of season four she was literally breaking the game, so they nerfed her into the ground and cemented her into the healer role. Now they've made her a lot better and kept her in the same role despite saying/knowing that role annoyed people, but she's not broken in any normal sense. I don't get why people are complaining because it's not like anything changed besides how playable she is (but her mana costs outside of her W are honestly kind of high and the AoE silence has a 24 second CD). Which suggests to me that the belief is she should have just stayed nerfed into uselessness (or made similarly unplayable with the rework) because the way she functions happens to be annoying since they didn't change what her role was. Now that may not be the point, but complaining that she didn't remain useless with a rework intended to make her more playable, with abilities that are not ridiculously toxic when she is strong enough to play (which was her problem before), basically suggests that.
Problem is her abilities are still pretty toxic though, at least in their current state.
That's the question really, I know that she's getting banned a lot in challenger and most streamers seem to hate playing against her but I'm not sure if it's because people legitimately think she's too strong or just because they think she's incredibly annoying. Maybe both.

I don't think she's annoying in lane, but I do think she's incredibly annoying in team fights. You basically have to "kill the healer before you can kill anyone else". it reminds me of why I hated Monks in Guild Wars or Priests in WoW.

why is hecarim so high in tier two? i played him in a game with 9/21/0 masteries and got destroyed my first clear, i get that his late game is good but i dont think hes that much of a safe pick due to his clearing getting worse

I don't understand why Evelynn is tier two in jungle right now. With the changes to the jungle, she almost seems unplayable. After they nerfed her to the ground a while back, her best features were her stealth (countered by pink wards) and her early ganks (no longer possible since the jungle is too strong for eve). In addition, with spirit items removed from the game she now has huge mana issues.
In short, she takes a lot of damage and doesn't do enough damage to thrive anymore. Clearly Riot saw that Eve couldn't even survive since they buffed her armor just so she could get by. It's just not enough... Eve now has one of the lowest win rates and it just keeps dropping. Sad day for an Eve main.
