More like 0.5%, because it's usually 1 per 20 packs.
The only reason I went on Hearthstone at all is for the 3 free goblin and gnomes packs, which is how I pulled it.
So that,s a 1.5% chance?
And I guessed I would pull a legendary like Blingtron in one of them because how much more ironic can you get......
Basically MOBAFire.

Nope, just me being tired. It's about 1% per card, which means 5% per pack.

Does this game have servers like LoL? If so, which servers you play on?
Yes. You can use your same account for all servers. But none of your cards/progress/purchases transfer to other regions. I.e: 50 cards and all starting quests finished on US, but 0 cards and zero quests finished on EU. The cards are still there when you switch back.
