Yo great build. Though I feel having some life steal items would be a good option. Like starks for example with life steal/attack speed.
I actually haven't tried Starks on Olaf but I think it might sit a bit awkwardly with the build. Since it requires so much farm I guess I can put an extra dps section at the end? Maybe one that tailors a bit towards the BLoodthirster side?

I personally hate starting with a Ruby Crystal, and I guess I can argue on how this build focuses quite a bit on crit, yet there is no IE.. But overall in terms of surv and pwning face this build is legit! +1
Meh I just like the extra crit on the side as opposed to ArP. With Olaf's high AS crits come pretty often. I just start off with health crystal because for some reason health is intimidating to some but a bit more importantly: it helps survival. Staying in a lane shouldn't be hard if you have a friend with cc, you can just get that CS up and heal with vicious strikes.

one question, why do go crit chance runes? seems like armorpen, or armor/mresist would be better :/
It's all by preference. It allows me to hit a bit harder mid game when team fights start along with the Atma's. You could choose to do ArP or whatever, if you like.
