I don't agree with your item build, but thats a personal opinion. instead of hurricane i would buy nashors, which gives you attackspeed too, but also more dmg.
I personally would start with q instead of e, although i agree that e can be viable too.
Next: you sould decide to either max q first or e, but don't change it every time. also i dont think teemo benefits a lot from Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving .

In general: Don't make english guides if you don't know how to write properly in English. This is definitly not meant in a rude way or anything (as i am not a native english speaker myself), but you should either do guides in your first language or at least let somebody check yours.

You should work on your pros and cons, a lot of unnecessary information there. Also stuff like: "Pro: his abilities don't use a lot of mana (...) Cons: Noxious Trap uses a lot of mana" are contradictory and need to be changed. With the changes to vision wards i don't think they are as much of a problem.

Under Summoner Spells you have 2 times the section not recommended Spells, i would change the name of the first one.

You say Teemo is best for middle, but under "Teemo's Counters" you mostly listed Toplaners

I don't see any point in picking up marks of AD instead of magic penetration.

Put the videos in Spoilers, looks very messy like that.

Missing Info:

- What to start with vs some champions
- Build adaptations according to enemy builds/champs
- your role in Teamfights


To summarize: This Guide is basicly just the build, which i don't think is very good. To be honest i would just delete it. This may sound harsch, but the information provided are neither new not very good and the way it is provided doesn't improve it.

If you still want to keep this guide up i would recommend the following:

- Think about build adaptations
- Think about skilling order
- Think about runes
- Explain Teemos overall strategy (safe splitpushing with shrooms for vision and w to run away)
- Definitly let someone check your english (it makes reading your guide very hard)
- Clean up your guide and organise it better
