Cheatsheet

The notes at your rune page show why most guides have a separate runes section: it’s a huge block that is quite hard to read. You spend most of the time justifying your build rather than explaining when to go different options. A few examples where you could do that: Taste of Blood vs Sudden Impact, Ultimate Hunter vs Ravenous Hunter (you mention that Ultimate Hunter is great, but in the next sentence you imply it’s not really necessary…) and the two secondary pages. I would definitely move any explanation on Inspiration secondary to the Inspiration page rather than leaving it on Sorcery one.
Contrary to the runes, the items lack some notes. There is no explanation whatsoever on every major item except Duskblade of Draktharr. Again I’d recommend justifying your items & build in an items section and explaining when to go which item in the notes. I am also very skeptical of the presence of Youmuu's Ghostblade. I can get behind the other items, but youmuu’s additional AD doesn’t seem worth it compared to other defensive/offensive options, not to mention that Vayne is a poor lethality user due to her AA based nature.
Taking a step back for the layout of the cheatsheet: looking at the rest of the guide the core build seems to be Duskblade of Draktharr, Guinsoo's Rageblade and Death's Dance. It might be a good idea to put this in a separate block.
Are Ionian Boots of Lucidity really worth the loss of DPS from Berserker's Greaves or the defense from the other boots? That 10% CDR isn’t worth it.
The skill order makes sense for your build, I would refrain from explaining math in the notes though.

Pros and Cons

Extreme mechanical potential is both a pro & a con. I’ve seen a sizeable share of Vaynes roll the wrong way & kill themselves. It might be worthwhile to also mention the dangers of playing a mechanically demanding champion.
Your example at Incredible Late Game is a Vayne with.. 2 items. Although it is incredible it doesn’t seem like late game to me.
Your explanation at Weak to CC & Burst is a bit confusing. You mention Quicksilver Sash but it is not included in your cheat sheet. I also do not understand what you mean by “If you play properly, you should only need this one out”. This might be because my native language isn’t English, but if I do not understand the phrase there are probably more peeps that have no idea what it means.

Abilities
1. At Night Hunter you say “Sometimes warding areas when chasing an opponent is especially effective”. This is rather vague, do you mean warding to keep the enemy in vision & retaining the movement speed?
2. I don’t know what kind of wreck took place at the Tumble description, but a part of it seems to be missing.
3. Considering Silver Bolts is Vayne’s main damage output, you don’t do it any justice. It's still your main damage output.
4. It’s a shame that you only talk about the Condemn + Flash mechanic here (you also didn’t really talk about it, you’ve only mentioned it once in the pros and cons section…). When do you use Condemn? Any things to keep in mind when positioning yourself in lane? The description is also a bit broken since things like ‘’Airborne icon’’ and ‘’Critical strike icon’’ are listed in the text.
Gameplay
1. This section is good. Perhaps it might be a good idea to also talk about the mid-lategame. Do you keep sidelane, do you group with team? Things like that.
2. Your note on Guinsoo's Rageblade is vague. What do you mean with ‘’Auto accordingly’’?
  
  Presentation
  
  The overall presentation is pretty good, nice color scheme and sweet coding. A few remarks:
  1. There is a rogue [/columns] tag at the end of the summoner spell section
  2. The ability descriptions (in the ability section) are not consistent. At Q it just says (30) for mana cost & at E it says (90 MANA). Keep it consistent and either use units everywhere or not at all.
  3. I’d group all statistics of the abilities (e.g. duration, damage, stat increases) above/below the description, making the statistic itself bright green like the ones at the top of the abilities already. This way people can easily read what the abilities do without having to skip across the numbers.

The guide is a good start, looks nice & covers most of the basics. The off-meta build looks interesting, but the explanation needs some polishing. I think the main point of improvement is the addition of a runes/items section where you justify the build as well as explaining on why/when this build is BETTER than the normal build. Because, if it isn’t better, why would anyone play it?

All edits have been made! I'm not entirely sure if the build is better than the normal all the time. In my opinion, Duskblade spike and full build are definitely superior to the normal build, but I need more testing.

I have made changes to nearly every section you mentioned. I kinda laughed off my mistake in the Tumble description, that was embarassing. I think I stopped to see whether it was total AD or whatever the term was and then I realized the formatting of all the sections needed work so I got distracted and considered it finished. I believe it definitely has potential, perhaps far superior potential to the original build, and I hope I'm able to realize it.

As you mentioned it's a great start and is, and always will be, a work in progress. If you're able to look over the sections you mentioned again and make sure my edits corrected them it'd be highly appreciated. Thank you for all your help!

Hey,

There is a broken guinsoos blade in the explanation, a double Silver Bolts Silver Bolts in the E description & a double Condemn Condemn in the R description.

Aside from that you seem to have gotten everything, the edits are definitely an improvement!

These have been addressed! Thank you for pointing them out! Realizing I had all these simple mistakes was actually pretty embarassing xD. Coming to terms with one's flaws is a necessary part of life though.
