actually its not bad in the entire game, early strong AF, late game your Q can two shot soft squishys, and keep the tanks at bay with the amount of health you take from them, ive been doing a build kinda like this one for awhile and its amazing and fun, very annoying and be good at kiting

Late game falls off, but early/mid game lethality shines! You can take the gathering storm rune for late games.
