I think it is insane how underestimated, and because of that dangerous, AP Rakan can be.

- Rakan W allows for an easy hit with Q.
- One auto will proc electrocute, and R can finish/stun the enemy for your team.
- R is another way to proc electrocute in a very short amount of time.
- In lane use the mobility of your E to poke down the enemy, or engage on a mistake in their positioning.
- You can use R right after Flash or before W to stop the enemy from getting any chance to respond.
- The first champion hit with your R will give you 150% movement speed decaying over 4 seconds.
