If you have time to answer, that would be amazing. I want you to know I love this guide so much. Started maining Bard when I started playing back in August. I think this will be a really fun way to play Bard in other positions once I get down the last hitting. As a side note, Braum has amazing synergy with Bard, with Bard's meep slow making Braums stun real easy to pull off, before chain CC'ing into Bard's Q.
Blood Thirster is a for-fun item, I don't always recommend it as it's crit a item you're not going to have much use from aside from the sustain, so yes, you're correct with using Ravenous instead!
For the last hitting part, it can be kinda hard on Bard. That's why I rush Noonquiver/Tiamat ASAP and suddenly after that you're a wave clear king (So if someone flames your Bard pick, just say that you're a better version of Sivir!)
It's great to hear that you enjoyed my guide! Thanks for reading it and leaving a comment.

I see no problems with you linking my guide at all, if anything it helps me even more. :=)
1) Your Notes for the Starting items section use the term "Dorans" to refer to multiple items. You need to actually specify which item you're talking about, because all three of these items start with "Doran's," haha.
2) When you offer multiple options, make sure you explain when to take each, not just explain what they do (the Runes notes and chapter are examples of areas to improve).
3) Your items are a little restrictive, but I guess since this is largely a gimmick build it's not a huge deal. I'd argue you could still keep the core the same and offer a few notable alternatives for late game. For example, you probably wouldn't need BotRK and Cleaver against a team of squishies.
Normally I would then give you a bunch of suggestions for areas to expand, since your guide is so short. However, it seems you have a limited scope in mind for this guide, so I guess the areas you want to cover are up to you.
I think your use of templates in this guide is pretty solid, and as a first guide, this is pretty decent work (albeit brief). It'd be great to see a more comprehensive guide from you in the future. :)
2. Going to expand on runes once I am finished with the exponentially bigger item section (and item explanations/item synergies). Think it's going to take a little extra time because I want it to look readable with BBCoding, which I'm still new to.
3. Due to the fact that this is a *guide* and not a build I have changed my mind on how short this guide is supposed to be and in turn, significantly improved the amount of items and builds that you can choose from. I think you'll like the new kind of variety that I've added since writing this reply. :=D
When it is to things to expand into, such as abilities, Tips & Tricks etc, is something that I'm considering adding more of in the future. But because of how incredibly niche this guide is, I think there are certain more important things which should be added before hand.
Thanks for the review and thanks for checking my guide out!
