How strong is it compared to the Dark Harvest / Lethality build?

Hello! It's still currently the meta build given its obscene DPS output with but I will say that there is a time and place for the lethality build if you ever happen to be in a game filled with squishies/smurfing.

I am glad I have found an updated guide of Sivir. I consider Sivir the strongest ADC because of her E and her ability to finish her farm fast, yet I don't know much about her built so I usually go with the typical ADC build, so, thank you :)
And by the way, I can provide you with cute banners if you'd like :)

Hello! She’s definitely by far not one of the strongest ADCs given her weak kit and lack of synergies with the new mythic items but I definitely see her as a unique proposition and competitive play pick if she ever gets buffs to her base kit damage.
