When I first found this guide it was the only Sivir guide I had seen recommending Dark Harvest and now it's in almost every guide! So congrats on changing the meta ;) I reached m7 on Sivir all thanks to you! Love the guide and thank you <3

do you think it is worth skipping serylda's grudge against an enemy team that isn't building any armour?

Yes! I think it's fine to go edge of night or another lethality item. The passive on serylda's is still really strong though, since people won't be able to dodge the back part of your Q easily.

what is better, manamune or reaver?

I think it's situational! Specifically for this guide, I would recommend manamune because this Sivir playstyle is really mana hungry. The situation for this Sivir build would be if the enemy team is really squishy, or if you already have sustained AD damage on your team (like a Kindred, Vayne top, Yasuo, etc). I would recommend essence reaver if you want to go crit Sivir (ER to Mythic to IE), and I think crit Sivir is good into really tanky teams or teams with sustained healing (I wouldn't go lethality Sivir into a heal-heavy enchantress like Yuumi or a team with a bunch of shielding like Ivern+Lulu). Manamune empowers abilities (like Sivir's Q) while essence reaver empowers weaving autoattacks through spells (namely her W+aa). Hope this helps!
