Senna Support Main here, Moonstone Renewer and Runaan's Hurricane are good options on her as well, especially when combined. (It seems pretty troll but hear me out, lol)
Since you'll constantly poke the enemy Moonstone Renewer is pretty good on her. She (finally) provides good healing for her team just by damaging the enemy. That combined with Runaan's is amazing. Why Runaan's? Easy.
Senna's q provides a good amount of healing and dmg, but it has a pretty high cooldown. Her auto's lower that cooldown by one second. (Technically useless) but with Runaan's, she lowers the cooldown of the q by 3 seconds, which means that you can spam your healing or dmg, (whatever you prefer) more often. And now combine both items together. If you want to be more of a healer than a dmg dealer, you can easily spam your q towards your teammates, deal tons of dmg towards the enemies and provide more healing for your teammates by poking.
The only thing that can really counter that is obviously; Anti Heal or an Assassin that oneshots you. (For me that rarely happens since Senna's q heals her as well, so she gets a lot of survivability just by buying Runaan's)

Hi,
why you think that glacial is the best rune at senna and you haven't put something else?

Kiting and Stacking.

Firstly kiting is super important, keeping the enemy at a range that is good for you and bad for them is a really important technique to learn in league and glacial just enables you to do it better and easier on Senna.

Secondly stacking is super important because it is what keeps you relevant into the late game on a support's gold income. Slowing them to ensure your second hit that grabs a stack really helps, in lane especially.

Thirdly it works really well with the new item, Eclipse, which you should buy on Senna.

Lastly there just aren't any other great runes that offer this much. Darkharvest IS more damage but it means you don't stack as well and are more vulnerable later on as you can't kite as easily!

Hi,
thank you for your reply. The only thing that I thought of all this is the kiting.
have a good day!

I hate Senna... she is a useless champion, even those with mastery level 7 Senna are useless, BUT I wanted to check the comments and see if others agree with me, and I checked your guide and had to comment because you did quite a job there. So, thank you :>

I am often getting flamed in plat elo for picking barrier as senna support. It's really frustrating. Overall very nice guide

i get flamed a lot too for the same reason T.T the problem is the fact that the adc tilt's in champion selects and start playing badly, and then the entire team blames you... personally i find barrier better working on senna, but if the adc asks me so i take ignite or exhaust to prevent tilting in my team
