Why you are use
Ty for your question. About the anti-heal items. It's all situation and personality. Chemtech Putrifier is cheaper and the item passive is (Immobilizing enemy champions also inflicts them with 60) so Neeko can aplly the 60% heal reduction with her ult and E. But usually i buy Morellonomicon if i need anti-heal i didn't really refreshed the guide. I buy Chemtech Putrifier if i play support. Buy u don't always need this items only if the neemy tema have a big heal. About the runes, it's all who prefer what. I more like cheap shot it's help on trades. Taste of Blood is good if u are agains a poke enemy and u want back some hp. I'm gonna update the guide if i have time for it and i don't forget it. Have a great day!
