Hey, After watching worlds I got excited to play Bard. His E amazed me. So I checked some guides. I saw people mostly prefer resolve + domination. What's the advantage of picking electrocute + socery instead of it? My second question is are we able to use our E regardless any of walls?

Hi, resolve + domination is the better option to actually play in ranked, its stronger for your team, electrocute + sorcery is just something i do in normals playing with my friends chilling and killing the enemies by myself while not caring about winning and just having fun, if you want a guide that would actually help you win, i recommend bizzleberrie's guide, you're able to use your E on any wall that would leave you an exit out of the tunnel so you can't just E out of the map or anything like that

i want to now how to roam properly and when to roam on bard.

You should roam a lot on Bard, not just for the sake of getting kills for your midlaner/jungler but also to get your chimes, roam whenever you feel your adc won't get himself killed 2 seconds after you roam, after you pushed the wave and you feel like you can help your midlaner you can even go then, and as to how properly to do it, it's better if you yourself gain the experience and use it with your own playstyle, if you want to learn how to play bard, i recommend guide by Terroronyou, or on Twitch Bizzleberry, he's a much better player than me in general and i feel like he can help you more than i can, my build is something for experience bard players to have fun with

I like this it recommends lich bane which is what I've already been building for years. Why do people build tanky on Bard? Just burst somebody down making it a 4v5 giving your team an advantage.
