Isn't building IE as second item trolling? It gives extra 35% damage to crits only if you have a 60% crit chance

I see what you mean but the idea is that the 70 damage is going to help during early mid game . and once you get the 4th item you will get the extra 35% crit.
i was only stating the ability that IE provides.. not to grab it for the ability but for the 70 damage
