Jungle Path
The best jungle paths for Morgana are:
RED - GOLEMS - CROWS - WOLVES - BLUE - GROMP (BETTER)
BLUE - GROMP - WOLVES - CROWS - RED - GOLEMS
Morgana is very good jungler for invades, but if you are invading you have to start with Q, so first camp will be harder (you need strong help from your teammates).

Early Game
In early game you have to play safe, mainly try to focus on farming. Only if you have good moment to gank, do it. Your Q will be very helpful for your teammates. Try to give them kills, you do not need that much kills as Morgana in jungle.
