Liandries is a good damage item, but It wouldn't fit for Tank Lillia as it doesn't give health or any defensive stats.

I did not. I mainly added kindred to threats because Ive played kindred top/jg and found that Kindred has enough early damage and mobility to not only keep up with Lillia but also kill her faster than she can heal. And it's just a ranged matchup in general. Great to know we have similar thoughts on the matter though!
