First of all. I wanted to talk about Shen, If you play around his taunt and empowered Q you will never run out of energy and a waste of rune on shen because of his high base energy (400). And second on shen, Usually you want to take cheap shot or taste of blood instead of it. Because sudden impact gives almost nothing to shen compered to cheap shot.
Or you can even ghost poro instead or eyeball collection. So i don't see many reasons to get 50 more energy if you play shen around empowered Q's or taunt.

Bro i finally climbed to diamond with blitzcrank, but i realized that blitz isnt that kind of a carry in this elo like in plat Dx. Now i tried this Guide and holy moly i carried ma first 3 games bro damn and i didnt even play shen.
