Yeah i know, but I mainly do it for the slow, since Liandry's Torment deals double damage to slowed targets ( like if you actually realize how much damage that is if you double %dmg ) . I mean you could swap it out for Rylai's, but personally I just think the Sheen proc is more beneficial. But I have to agree with you that it is kinda weird to build it on her.

i love the idea of sheen on akali but iceborn gauntlet seems weird. i always liked lich bane instead
