Ask help from jungler so that You'd be ahead and would be able to cheese poke her until You can all -in her from up-close as then Azir will out damage Orianna. Try to flash her R when You all-in her, out of panic she'll most likely try to R You when You stand right next to her If none of the above options are chosen, most likely You'll be out damaged, out-poked and behind severely
