With effects of black cleaver and Stark's Fervor, his pen increases to a whopping 119.93, bringing nearly all non-tank champs down to roughly -40 armour [for champions like heimerdinger, who has poor armour] (to deal ~129% increased damage)!
With his increased crit damage runes, he can deal 272.06% damage with a crit chance of 100% (with rage).
Overall, his damage output to a squishy in this build is (280*2.7206)*1.29 = (761.768)*1.29 = ~982.68 damage per hit, and this excludes his passive on the bloodlust!!! With an Attack Speed of rougly 2 hits per second, you can see why this is a significant build. With bloodlust, these values can easily pass over the 1000 damage per hit mark.
If the enemy gets thornmail, DO NOT TARGET THAT ENEMY. You can kill yourself in seconds, especially if the enemy is an OP Rammus with his ultimate.
If you decide that the enemy are too tanky, use Frozen Mallet or Bloodthirster instead of Youmuu's Ghostblade. That way you can survive encounters to those with thornmail if you 1v1 them. If you think that even using this is impossible to survive in a game, try getting items with on hit effects (like wit's end, Madred's Bloodrazor).
Of course, you can just use your ultimate, but this is without all ability effects and besides, especially late game or in dominion, your ult is most likely on cooldown.
