My item build before was just random stuff that league offered in their basic shop, but your item and rune choice is pretty great and reasonable. I wish i knew u in personal so i could do intimate stuff with you. Keep grinding ma man!

It is very hard for me to decipher whether or not this build/guide is offmeta, because you are not specifically stating anything about it. I don't think Predator is really a good keystone for Rakan, that's why I'm flustered.
