Thank you for your kind remarks and feedback on the guide. When I first played Vi into Briar, I wasn't sure I could duel her well. However, in most of my recent games against her, I have been able to draw even with her in fights. Therefore, I plan on changing the threat level to reflect this. Regarding Nocturne, I fully support your decision to ban him. He can be a pest in most games and can cause chaos on the rift. One way to fight him back would be to use Cease and Desist as Unspeakable Horror draws to a close. This way, you'll avoid succumbing to the fear or follow-up damage that usually occurs after being feared. I still believe Vi has counterplay into Nocturne if you play your cards right.

I agree that Precision ( Triumph & Legend: Tenacity) might be the better route since crowd control has become way more prevalent in the current game state. Therefore, I may be updating that down the road.

The basis for my recommendation is because Vi's mana costs are pretty high as you reach the late game, so having that option for more mana (250) and regeneration from Manaflow Band provides more diving opportunities & more clear time in the jungle with her abilities.
