Choose Champion Build:
Ability Order
Fleet of Foot (PASSIVE)
Sivir Passive Ability
Tank Sivir
Pros:
-best late game presence
-has great lane potential, i.e counters a Brand mid
-Shield is awesome (:
-Does not die from focus fire unlike "normal Sivir's"
Cons:
-Must reach late game for Tank Sivir to reach her full potential
-Requires a lot of farm
-Weak until she gets her Atmas Impaler
-Is not dps or even tank, but Utility for half of the game
Early Game
Sivir should start at mid if it is a champion she counters such as Brand or bottom with a great support. Start off with a Dorans blade or Boots and 3 Pots depending on how harras heavy your lane will be. Once you reach 825 or 1175 gold head back and get your Heart of Gold and LvL1 Boots if you can. 'Remember to always buy pots when going back to base'Teleport back accordingly and continue to lane as effectively as possible while focusing mainly on farming minions. During all this help at Dragon when your team does because of your ultimate. Try not to feed and farm, and as long as you do this will jump start your late game!
P.S. Even if you feed and go 0-10, Tank Sivir will not fail you. Late game WILL come.
Mid Game
For Tank Sivir continue to farm as much as possible even in mid game because your DMG output still is not enough, and you cannot tank. However, because you have teleport, your main goal is to snipe turrets with a huge wave of minions. Get turret gold, farm lane minions, get the jungle minions that you can, and help the team only if it will be a full team fight to make use of your ultimate.
Late Game
At this stage you should have reached your core item set and maybe even all the elixirs. Follow your team and devastate the enemy team with good positioning as well as soaking a major part of the dmg that would otherwise kill your weak teammates, i.e Teemo. Kill the frontal threats and you will probably end up alive at the end of a team fight with a quarter hp having wrecked the entire team. If the opponents let you reach this stage you basically win.

You must get boots, Warmogs, and Atmas. The rest is up to the opponents team comp. FoN or BV against heavy AP. Wits End and AoL for weaker AP, but AP thats still formidable. Madreds if you want to DPS more than tank. AoL for greater tank presence in a cheap form. Starks Fervor in general to survive, but works best in the DPS type. Test everything out and do your own thing to win mates, however I usually don't get AoL or BV because the other options are better for late game.
