The runes chosen are often used as jungle runes, but i found them to work quite well on yorick aswell. You could choose to go for a more defensive runespage with armor marks and quints, but i found this page to fit very well to my playtype.

These masteries are kind of standard tank masteries, because yorick plays more often than not the tank roll in a team late game. Alternativly you could put the 9 points set in utility into offense instead if you like to on the roll of doing duelist, but the movementspeed points in utility are often very usefull in the later stages of the game.

The item setup is pretty self-explainetory, though i know many people like to go for mamamune, though its a good item for deal damage, it doesn't give you form of tankyness.

When it comes to the skillbuild, you could in this case choose to level up W first if you dont have a jungler with any form of crowd control abilitys.

For summoner spells you could choose to for Ghost instead of Flash, though its more risky in terms of ganks against you, its very good for chasing down champions though.
