Exhaust:If u grabbed an enemy and knocked him up,it's very hard for him to survive without flash.
Use exhaust and he wont come away.
Flash:Most-have for supporter because it's the best escaping skill.

It's good if you play on bot lane with an ad carry like ashe because of the stun.Grab + knock up + stun=easy kill.
If you want to troll hard on bot play with alistar.Too much cc/free kill.
Disadvantage:You have no carry.
