I believe that those are the only seals you should use. honestly. they are too good to not use. also, I really believe ignite should only be used to kill an opponent because unless they are Warwick or mundo, you do not want to waste ignite.

1-I dislike Greater Seal of Replenishment to be your only seal.

2-"Ignite if they are not dead." Dude its not only for smiting... its much better if you use it first in your nuking combo(reduced healing; damaging so mb you can save some of your skills; +5AP at early game its OP for Veig.)

You only have 4 big items including your Shoes but excluding Dorans, and u havent explained any other possible items to take except for those few... Please add more possible items and stuff. I do like the section on team composition, but is compilation really the correct word?

you are not going to get past these 4 items usually in a game xD and if a fame goes far Veigar usually dominates :))))
i like Veigar, but I like 3 better ten 5 so yeah.
