CONS:
- people will absoloutely report you for this
- people will dodge when they look at your op.gg
- too fun for your own good
- if an adc can focus you you instadie
- mediocre to abysmal against ap/ranged lanes

the klepto runes are good as they allow you to get your cleavers faster while also making you sustain in lane more.
however, if you're up against a champion who doesn't allow you to get q procs off very often or at all, you might want to go with the other resolve page. be wary of it making you spike less however.
