Instead of demolish I've always done bone plating and what do you think about phantom dancer instead of dead man's? I think that because it makes them weaker on last hits and mundo is always low hp. Good Guide!

Dead Man's Plate vs Phantom Dancer

"Crushing Blow" < Critical Strike Chance
Armor > "Lament"
"Dreadnought" > Movement Speed (+ "Spectral Waltz")
becouse: "Dreadnought" is better in split push and "Spectral Waltz" is better in attack, but we have % movement speed from R so flat movement speed is better
Health > Attack Speed
becouse: we have better passive/E/R with more health and:
"Masochism resets Dr. Mundo's autoattack timer."
"Crescent resets your autoattack timer."
so we don't need attack speed

Last item:
Dead Man's Plate (Split Push) > Phantom Dancer (Solo Fight)

I came on here to look for a Dr.Mundo guide after I got my behinds whooped by one xD Main cause for that was I didn't know how Mundo worked. So I was basically caught by surprise at his abilities. But fortunately now that I have read this guide I'm sure the tables will turn as I'm more familiar with him now. Thanks ;)

Mundo is a warrior (off-tank), not a tank.
Warrior: tanky, good damage, good 1vs1, bad team fights, few CC
Tank: tanky, few damage, bad 1vs1, good team fights, a lot CC

Pretty dang good guide. Me not really a Mundo main but now alittle bit about what he does! Going against a Darius and Udyr jungle both AD.. Followed your Agaisnt AD top and JG..started 0-2 then finished 6-4-6 I was chasing down then enemy adc's in the backline. once they seen me emerge it was like cockroaches scattering when you turn the lights on! comeback win.

Darius is the hardest match up. U have to ban him. :)

I'd say in the secondary runes i would choose precision, overheal and legend: tenacity
