Thanks DEWO for enlightening me on a few concepts, might do a re-edit of this guide once I test a few things in actual games. I can already tell I made a few mistakes in the initial write-up. Thanks for all the feedback already, I too noticed all the ridiculous warwick builds posted here and wanted to post the one I've been testing every night. Currently been winning at least 75% of games with a full lvl 30 team and this build is still a major work in progress but I learn with every game. I'll drop a few comments as to what you guys have said so far.

I see what you mean with havoc, gonna want both the buff increases for sure, gonna look more into CDR as well, I sort of neglected it, but I've started to notice myself in team battles just a few seconds short of my ult when I need it. I took the scaling MR for a little bit of extra late game damage prevention but it really doesn't add up, the only tool I can think of to stay alive late is guardian angel, which has served me very well in long games in the past. I'll try CDR for sure and I'll do a little bit of saving for a full dodge set too. I'll be maxing Sorcery and field testing that tomorrow.

Also going to be giving exhaust a shot, seems like a great benefit to the whole team and some good gank insurance. I will try skilling up blood scent for sure, I can see why it'd be nice to get the full move speed bonus before level 17.

Nice, to see a build for WW that accualy has something inside it.

As WoRd did mention about, Ghost is one of the "No No" summoner spells in my spellbook for WW. Blood Scent is way more than enaugh for chasing.
Exhaust or in my way Flash (i said it 10000 times i am addicted to this spell) is more suted.

As for Seals and Glyphs.
Seals 1st. Armor, as i will agree that it helps early game for easier jungling i would still take dodge ones. Dodge has more future use than armor. Armor will get neglet by ArP anyway (at least that amount) and dodge = 100% avoidance and it cant be negleted in late game as well as it helps in early game jungling as much as armor.

Now the Glyphs... that one was O_O!!!??? WTF
its 0.15 per lvl. You have to maximize the mid game farming to be vital late game. that amount of MR gives you NOTHING (ofc imo).
It would be way better suted to go for CDR or flat crit %.

Masteries
Also you take Lethality. What for if i may ask?
Your crit % is <10%, not that you will count on critting :P it's better to go 4/4 Sorcery for CDR. Lowers CD on Ulti by nice amount and also can get you a kill when HS is refreshed faster.
Havoc... imho not worth it for WW. 5% of base damage, (take into consideration word "BASE" damage) by 5%. This means your BASE damage of:
lvl 1: 58 base + 5% (2.9) = 60.9 - Havoc bonus 2.9AD
lvl 6: 75 base + 5% (3.75) = 78.75 - Havoc bonus 3.75AD
lvl 11: 92 base + 5% (4.6) = 96.6 - Havoc bonus 4.6AD
lvl 18: 115 base + 5% (5.75) = 120.75 - Havoc bonus 5.75AD

Many ppl make that mistake and think it's 5% of overall AD (with items and such).
You have to decide 15% longer neutral buffs or that lol amount of AD Havoc provides.

Imho - Utility mastery is the way.

Skill order:
For me maxing out HS is prio as well and i dont see it wrong. It is THE SKILL. But later on i would suggest maxing Blood Scent and leave the HC till end. You have to kill as much as possible and be very fast in mid game. You dont have time to balance the HC+BS together.
It might work if you have ghost but if you drop ghost, you will HAVE TO lvl up the BS faster. 6 sec of HC is more than enaugh to take 1-2 champions down. Should be enaugh till you max out BS.

Anyway good guide and dont mind getting random -1's :) just dont look at rating, it shows nothing.
I would give you +1 for this guide since its one of the good ones, and we have plenty OMG ****ty ones here. But i dont rate builds anymore. Just leave mean comments :)

Thanks for the advice, still studying everyone's opinion to expand on my own. Also that minus appeared on my build a solid minute after creating my build, when it only had 5 or so views, so I'm not too worried about it, just regular trolling.

Firstly, good job putting the effort of explaing your build, its very different from how I play like. Anyways lets get down to business, I don;t understand why you use ghost, You have blood scent you don't need ghost, use exaust it can be used to kill, run or help allies in team fights. Also you try to max out hungering strike first which is not always usefull, try to balance it by putting more on blood scent or hunters call(depending on the game.) I don;t fully understand why you don't use wits end, i attack any manna users and destroy their manna supply so fast all they can do is run.(But i mean its your choice) I totally understand your masteries, but if your the long term jungler who constantly jungles, i would suggest put one more in the neutral monster buffs. I never put that much armour penetration, I only put some for the neutral monters, other than that if you want to gank constantly and kill camps fast you should have cooldown reduction runes. Also one more thing, put 1 point on smite in your mastery chart gold and cooldown is really usefull.

Anyways, Good but very different build, People should try it out, just don't use ghost.Btw I did not put a minus, some *** did wihtout explaining it.I don't put plus or minus in any build.
Good luck
-WoRd
