First, get someone to leash blue, then once u take damage use one of your health pots. once you have blue buff start making your way around the jungle. you should kill the neutral minions in this order after blue( wolfs, lichens, golems, then if you're still good to go get red buff). after all this u should be around level 4 and almost ready to start ganking enemy champs. Go through the your jungle maybe 2 more times and you should be level 6, now your ready to gank. Mid would be your best choice if your team is getting pushed back too far or maybe even your top solo champ because sometimes the other team doesn't have a jungler so it's 2v1 up there. after your first gank continue jungling until your ulti is back up then look for another possible gank.
